KAPAP Boot Camp is based on physical training exercises that are taught during the four-day course, but with a lot more high cardio and impact training circuits. As with the Introduction to KAPAP Combat Concepts course, we will continue to utilize calisthenics, plyometrics, and resistance training to give students ideas they can utilize in their own, personal, training programs.
The Southern California KAPAP Association will be offering a California Department of Justice Handgun Safety Certification Program and a Introduction to Israeli Combat Point Shooting (ICPS) Course. Please continue to check back for more details and information.
