INTRODUCTION TO KAPAP COMBAT CONCEPTS
Simply put, KAPAP is an acronym for the generic Hebrew phrase, Krav Panim El Panim, which translates to "face-to-face combat". Modern KAPAP is neither a competitive sport nor is it really a martial art. Rather, it is an Israeli combat system based on a variety of fighting styles and concepts designed to create an effective defense for a variety of situations.
What we teach are self-defense principles that will provide a foundation for students to build upon and help them understand the idea of "Any weapon, one mindset". KAPAP training will challenge students both mentally and physically as they learn to utilize basic concepts found in both hand-to-hand and weapons defense techniques.
